What is Love your neighbor ohio?

Love Your Neighbor Ohio is an ongoing initiative of Accompanying Returning Citizens with Hope meant to educate the public about the extremely common realities of incarceration in Ohio, and in particular the unique challenges women face after being incarcerated. A percentage of this project will be given to the artists for their work. The remaining amount will be used to support women coming home from incarceration with their housing, transportation, clothing, food, and other needs.

What is ARCH?

Accompanying Returning Citizens with Hope is a nonprofit designed to help meet the needs of individuals who have been incarcerated, also referred to as returning or restored citizens. We are making the world more welcoming to returning citizens by increasing the number of spaces that provide essential support services to returning citizens on their road to reintegration and healing.

How can I support this project without purchasing a print?

Great question! If you don't want to buy a print, but still want to contribute you can donate to ARCH. Your donation will support the vital work we do with people coming out of incarceration. You can also conact us about hosting a print to raise awareness. Lastly, you can share this campaign with your network. Word of mouth goes a long way with a campaign like this!

I am interested in displaying one or more prints in my place of business, church, office, etc.

Education is fundamental to reducing the stigma around incarceration and mental health. As such, we thank you for interest! Please use our Host a Print page to let us know you'd like to join the campaign and we'll get in contact with you ASAP about next steps.

I would like to learn more about reentry/the stories of returning citizens.

Great! ARCH provides presentations to local faith communities, organizations, and businesses to further education on reentry issues. If you'd like to request a speaker or presentation, please visit ARCH's Contact page.

ARCH also shares the stories of formerly incarcerated people on "The Brown Couch with Vanita Nevis." To be notified about the newest episodes, please sign up below.

When will my print ship?

We are a small non-profit utilizing a family-run print shop. Each print is hand made and hand packed. Because of this, your print may take up to two weeks to ship. We thank you for both your patience and your support!

I received the wrong print/item.

Please email for any issues with recieved items.

Who photographed the artists and artwork?

We are utilizing a family run photography studio, Ralphoto Studio, for both their photography and print abilities.
